As we announced some time ago, The Greatest Showman" is heading to the West End's Theatre Royal Drury Lane in Spring 2027.
Following a sold-out premiere at the Bristol Hippodrome, Disney Theatrical Group’s stage production of The Greatest Showman will make its London West End debut at the Theatre Royal Drury Lane in Spring 2027.
Oliver Tompsett and Samantha Barks lead the cast as P.T. Barnum and Charity Barnum. They will be joined by Ben Joyce as Phillip Carlyle, Vajèn van den Bosch as Jenny Lind, and Malinda Parris as Lettie Lutz, with additional casting to be revealed.
Adapted from the 2017 hit 20th Century Studios film (story by Jenny Bicks), the production is co-produced by Disney Theatrical Group alongside The Seelig Group, who served as an original producer on the movie. This project marks Disney’s first stage adaptation of a former 20th Century Fox title.
Directed and choreographed by Casey Nicholaw, the musical features a book by Tim Federle alongside the film’s original, acclaimed score by Benj Pasek and Justin Paul—including fan favorites like "The Greatest Show," "A Million Dreams," and the Golden Globe-winning "This Is Me"—plus brand-new songs composed specifically for the stage.
