Annie Theatre Review: Three Stars

 I can’t even remember how many times I saw the movie Annie when I was a kid.

So, this musical for me and a bit of nostalgic effect and I guess that was enough for me to like it.

Don’t misunderstand me: this show has everything: jokes, great songs (A hard knock life is still stuck in my head), dancing and acting. Funny moment, tender moments, villains, a dog crossing the stage (with many “ohhhh” from the audience when he does that) and the inevitable happy ending.

It won’t be a musical I will remember forever. But it was a pretty good and fun night out and I would suggest to go especially if you have kids (but please tell them to sit down..pleaaseee).
