Moulin Rouge is opening tonight. The production has decided to adopt mandatory facemask policy for the run.
"Ambassadors Theatre Group and the producers of Moulin Rouge! The Musical are asking all audience members to wear masks when attending performances at the Piccadilly Theatre, in order to keep the production company and audiences safe. This policy will be reviewed on an on-going basis."
The policy does not apply to the ones who are medically exempt.
Cabaret is opening in a few days at the Kit Kat Club, which is the new name for the renovated Playhouse Theatre while Cabaret is open. The Playhouse Theatre has been redesigned to accommodate for a flexible performance space.
The production is asking for a Covid negative test completed within 48 hours for every member of the audience, including the ones who are fully vaccinated.
