Hosted by Ryan Seacrest, the one-hour concert, featuring celebrity guests performing from their respective homes, will be available to stream on Disney+.
The second instalment of the Disney special helped raised money for Feeding America and included other performances from stars like Chloe x Halle, and Anika Noni Rose, Halsey, Shakira, and Josh Gad. Watch Menzel and Platt's performance below.
