A brand new concert celebrating 100 years of Disney will tour the UK and Europe in 2023.
Disney 100: The Concert will feature legendary film scenes from Disney movies on giant screens, with magical musical moments brought to life by the Hollywood Sound Orchestra and star soloists.
You can expect music from some of Disney’s best loved films, including Beauty and the Beast, Mary Poppins, Encanto, and many more; along with highlights from Pixar, Star Wars and Marvel.
The UK leg of the tour begins on 31 May 2023 in Glasgow, before visiting Leeds, Liverpool, London, Manchester, Birmingham, Cardiff and Bournemouth. Other European destinations include Germany, Switzerland, Austria and France, with more dates set to be announced.
Other celebratory events to mark the centenary next year include a major new “Disney 100: The Exhibition” which kicks off in Philadelphia in the US in February, before heading to Munich from 18 April, and touring Europe. The exhibition opens at the ExCel Centre in London in Autumn 2023.
Disney lovers can also look forward to “Wonder of Friendship – The Experience,” an immersive multi-sensory experience, opening in London from May 2023 before visiting other destinations with the UK and across Europe.
