The musical The Devil Wears Prada will open in the West End in October 2024. It will run at the Dominion Theatre with a score by Elton John, lyrics by Shaina Taub (Suffs), a book by Kate Wetherhead, and direction and choreography by Tony Award winner Jerry Mitchell (Kinky Boots, Legally Blonde, Hairspray).

The show will have a preview engagement prior to opening in London's West End at Theatre Royal Plymouth in July 2024. You can sign up for priority tickets: here.

Based on the novel by Lauren Weisberger and the 2006 film adaptation, the musical is based on the global smash-hit film of the same name that starred Meryl Streep as the blunt and cutthroat editor of Runway magazine, Miranda Priestly, opposite Anne Hathaway as Priestly's personal assistant and fashion sceptic, Andy Sachs. The film was, in turn, based on the 2003 bestseller by Lauren Weisberger, who once worked as a personal assistant for Vogue editor-in-chief Anna Wintour.
