The Shows Must Go On, the new Andrew Lloyd Webber free Youtube channel will show this weekend Andrew Lloyd Webber Royal Albert Hall Celebration, online on Friday 1 May at 7 pm for 48 hours.
Performers including Sarah Brightman, Michael Ball, Glenn Close, Antonio Banderas, Elaine Paige and Kiri Te Kanawa pay musical tribute to Andrew Lloyd Webber on the occasion of his 50th birthday in this concert, recorded live at the Royal Albert Hall on 7th April 1998.
The Shows Must Go On features a selection of Andrew Lloyd Webber’s much loved musicals with theatre fans able to enjoy a West End and Broadway experience in their own homes, online for free. Each show will be available weekly (from 7pm BST) for a limited 48-hour period online for free here
