Unfortunately not openings, but we want to send a lot of love to the four wonderful musicals closing this January. We will miss all of them. A lot. Thank you!

             TANGO FIRE   – Peacock Theatre

 

 

 International tango superstar German Cornejo’s Tango Fire returns to The Peacock after last year success of Tango in the Dark. With astonishing dancers accompanied by unforgettable live music, this is Argentine tango at its fiery best.

 

It runs 29 January-16 February

 SONGS FOR NOBODIES – Ambassador's                                                   Theatre   

 

 

This new play with songs is directed by Simon Phillips and features music from five iconic divas; Judy Garland, Patsy Cline, Billie Holiday, Edith Piaf and Maria Callas. The production is written by Joanna Murray Smith specifically to showcase the extraordinary vocal ability of actress Bernadette Robinson.

It runs on 10 Jan – 23 Feb

            VIOLET– Charing Cross Theatre 

 

 

 

VIOLET is a multi award-winning musical with Music by Jeanine Tesori (Tony Award winner for Best Original Score with Lisa Kron for Fun Home, and Tony-nominated for Caroline, or Change and Shrek the Musical), and Book & Lyrics by Brian Crawley (The Little Princess), and will get its UK premiere in an international co-production that will see it transfer to Tokyo.

It runs 14 Jan – 6 April

   ASPECTS OF LOVE – Southwark Playhouse 

 

 Following the premiere at Manchester Hope Mill Theatre, Jonathan O'Boyle's brand new revival transfers to Southwark Playhouse. Featuring the songs "Love Changes Everything" and "Seeing is Believing", Aspects of Love celebrates its 30th anniversary in 2019.

It runs 7 January – 9 February
